Guidance for showing ability to use the NHS
« on: February 15, 2016, 11:58:41 AM »
This isn't on the Home Office/UKVI portion of gov.uk, but posted under Department of Health, and I've seen a lot of posters on here having issues with GPs if they're residents, or getting correctly charged if they're not, so it might be helpful.

There is a (large) PDF providing guidance for charges, as well as a PDF download explaining lawful residence. The latter might be worth printing out and showing to GP surgeries (or other facilities) where there is a lack of understanding about what your visa means and allows you access to.

Just an FYI for those who might need it.
