I don't know if this is the case with everyone, but I am kinda annoyed that the photos I got done specifically for my visas weren't used.
I first visa, I had to include all passports, and the us passport people stapled the extra photo I sent to my old expired passport.
Flr the Flr I just received, they used the photo they took at my biometrics appointment.....My hair was different and I am wearing my coat.
So all in all, $10 & £5 wasted and not used
