First off, are you aware that there is a new FLR(M) form, published a couple of days ago - version 04/2016?

1. Not, you don't fill out the payment page, just take your proof of payment with you

2. You need to answer yes to 6.17 - because you have to show proof of the address where you will live together for the accommodation requirement. What address are you providing for your accommodation requirement evidence? That's the address you need to use.

3. Just fill out the financial information you will be using to meet the requirement - if it's all his, then you don't mention yours.

About your documents, it looks like you've copied and pasted the list for people applying outside the UK, not for FLR(M), so your documents don't make much sense and most of them don't apply to your application. The list of documents required is listed clearly on the FLR(M) form.

- there is no online application form. You print and fill out the FLR(M) by hand

- you won't have a biometrics receipt because the biometrics will be taken at the appointment

- no priority processing receipt either as you are applying in the UK

- you can just take his actual passport as he will be there at the appointment with you

- you don't need a letter of support as he will be at the appointment with you

- for accommodation you need a letter from his landlord giving you permission to move into the property when you are ready to live together... You have to prove you have a property you can live in together.

- you don't need any photos but you can take one just in case

- you need to show evidence of regular communication while both living in the UK but not together... So I'm assuming you communicate by phone, email, visits to see each other within the UK - so things like phone bills, message/call logs, train or bus tickets, not boarding passes etc.

No I was not aware, however I signed up last month when the cost had not changed yet...Therefore, would I still take the old one?

My accommodation is on campus  housing and that is the address I am using for everything. And how can we get permission for something when we plan on moving to whole new house when my studies end.... in another 6 months... we do not have proof of a signed lease for that.

I am student who live in campus housing due to my job of being a warden. One condition of my contract is I must live on campus. I am providing my contract and lease to state this..I can very live in this position until Dec 2016.

His lease ends July 2016. and we plan to show that also... and also account for that in the written part.

Thats about as much evidence I can produce right now.. Although we want to live together...We both have state ...we are not moving end together until I am done with my studies and know where I land after that... no point in him moving 2 hours to be with me....when i could very well end up in another location after school.

I'm not sure to be honest - normally they will only accept the most up to date form on the day you apply. If you can, it might be best to print and fill out both forms so you can hand in whichever one they need.

One of the requirements of the visa is that you have guaranteed accommodation for you to live in together, along with permission from the homeowner for two people to live there. You don't need a signed lease in both of your names but you do need to show you have somewhere you can both live together if you need to (I.e. His current address). Even if you don't live together right way you just need some proof that the landlord has no objection to you both living there at some point.... It doesn't matter if you move somewhere else in 6 months, it's just to show you have permission to live together somewhere.

The problem is that you must intend to live together permanently to meet the visa requirements. Yes, you may be living in student accommodation for the next few months, but without some evidence that you plan to live together in the future, the visa could be refused.

You just want to be saying: "this is my situation now, but there is no objection from my husband's current landlord to me moving in as well when I need to"

Otherwise you're showing accommodation for you, and accommodation for him, but not your future intent to live together as husband and wife... And that intent is a requirement for the visa.

If I was you, I wouldn't worry about not using the newly published form.  That's happened to others and someone just had to complete one page that had changed in the new application.  But that's just me.  No harm in filling out the new one though.

I would just explain your housing situation.  As ksand said, they'll want to see that you WILL live together.  But your circumstances are certainly understandable that you are required to be in student housing as part of your job for a few more months.
