Spouse visa: IHS change information issue

I need help as i have  completed my online form and i went to IHS payment option where its showing me 2,7000 PKRS and it looks like I have done some mistake selecting the option, i am not able to see how I able to change the information or any option going back. Please can someone advise me how i can amend the information??

What visa type did you select?

The spousal visa type is:

Settlement -> Settlement -> Wife (or Husband)

If you've selected the wrong visa type, you may need to cancel the online application and start over again with a fresh one.

Just don't pay for anything yet until you've sorted it out.

Just to give you a backround information I am filling the online application for my wife but havent selected the option on someone behalf. I dont know thats why its giving me the amount in PKRS currency as well.

Please can you guide me what is the correct method as i wanted to fill the information and pay everything from my UK card and only want my wife to print the form and sign back to me. Any advise will be appreciated.

Ah, okay - it sounds like you've selected the wrong type of visa on the IHS form... and I think it's gone through as her applying for a work or student dependent visa, not for a spousal visa.

I'm assuming you have ILR in the UK, but are not yet a UK citizen?

In that case, for the IHS payment, you need to select 'Applying Alone', not 'Applying to join someone (a main applicant) in the UK'.

The 'applying to join someone' is where their spouse is on a temporary visa in the UK... say, you hold a Tier 2 or Tier 4 visa and she is applying for a Tier 2 or Tier 4 dependent visa.

For a spousal visa, she just selects 'Applying Alone'.

In that case, the IHS form should not be asking you about when your visa expires because you are a UK citizen and don't have a visa.

If it does ask, then you've selected the wrong option on the IHS form.

You need to select that she is NOT joining someone in the UK... and then it should not ask for your details.

If it won't let you change it now, you'll probably need to start a new online visa application so you can select the correct option.

Have you signed the declaration yet? If not, then you should have an option to Delete the application.

If you have signed it, if you just leave the application, then the system will eventually delete it and it will have no bearing on other applications:

No. You will not be able to register a new account under the same email address. To create a new application, log in to your existing account and click on Apply For Myself or Apply For Someone Else.

How do I cancel my application?
Provided you have not completed the Sign Declaration section, you will have a Delete Application option via View My Applications. If you have signed the declaration you will not be able to delete the application. If this is the case you can leave the application, it will have no bearing on any other applications and will eventually be deleted by the system. If you have made a payment and require a refund please see the section on Payments and Refunds. If you request a refund via View Payment your application will not be processed but will still be visible in your account.

I dont know whats wrong with this systerm. I have done the whole application again and reached to the IHS page and didn't included living with your partner portion.

Now its showing more money as compared to previous application. its asking me 96000.00 PKRS which way way more then £600.

I am not sure whats wrong with this system.

When I do a currency conversion on OANDA, 96000 PKRS comes out as £623... So that seems correct to me.

The exchange rate won't be exact because UKVI set it at a fixed rate every couple of months, so depending on the exchange rate at the time they set it, you may end up paying a bit more or a bit less than £600.
