I've been on Wellbutrin XL for years back home in the States as a treatment for ADD and depression. It's the only medication I've found whose side effects do not interfere with my life. From my own experience and from what I've read, it's next to impossible to get it prescribed to me here in the UK. I am in the UK through December and need to find a way of getting enough to sustain me until I can go home again.
My doctor back home can get it sent to me from Canada. However my question is would the medication be able to get through customs? I'm having trouble finding a clear answer.
Alternatively, would I be able to work with a private psychiatrist say from Priory to get the help I need here in the UK?
