E-Filing and UK post codes and no spouse SSN...should I do paper?

Hey all,

I had no income last year but I am intending to file anyway.  I wanted to eFile (MFS), but as my UK husband doesn't have a SSN, do I need to paper file?  Should I use a W7 to apply for an ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number)?

Similarly, I assume eFiling would have difficulty with British post codes.  I guess I should paper file...?
