Since it seems unlikely that Tony Blair will ever get the punishment he deserves from the government, I think we should all take the law into our own hands.
I propose that everyone who sees Tony Blair in public should throw shoes at him. If everyone did it, the punishment would be just what he deserves.
See him in a restaurant? Throw a shoe.
See him making a speech? Throw a shoe.
See him mourning one of the soldiers killed by gross incompetence? Throw a shoe.
It would be awfully hard to forget your crimes if everywhere you went there was a volley of shoes coming your way.
