Visa Checklist and documents advice
« on: August 23, 2016, 06:32:30 PM »
Hi everyone,

My fiancee and I are getting married in a little over 2 weeks in the states and then we will be applying for the spouse visa for her to join me in the UK. We've been in a relationship for 3 years, in constant communication and we have clocked up 15-20 visits over this time.

In terms of relationship evidence, when proving visits, are flight itinerary/ticket confirmation emails sufficient where we no longer have physical boarding passes or we used QR codes on our phones? We have some of our boarding passes, but not all.

Also the majority of our communication happens over iMessage and FaceTime, with both of those call and or message logs are not available, I've checked with apple. We do have email records covering the full period of our relationship but it's not our daily method of communication so I can screen grab the inbox, the same applies for our Facebook profiles and Facebook messenger, there's over three years of communication on there. Has anyone else had this issue?

Many thanks

Jim

Your most solid evidence that holds the most weight will be the flight details so don't worry so much about the messages. You can include a screenshot of the emails (just them listed in your inbox, not the actual content of the emails). You'll be fine :-)
