Roommate of sponsor question: Advice please.

 Thanks to the help from everyone on this site, I think we are almost done with getting all the correct paperwork together.

One more question: My husband has a friend renting room from our home. He should be there for another 6 month, until his job relocates him. He is currently paying £350 per month.  Dose any anyone know do we need to submit any paperwork on the roommate with my application? I have a copy of his passport with his signature and his national insurance number. (but it is not a certified copy) I don't know why I didn't worry about this sooner.

After the appointment for my Biometric, is it 5 days you have to sent off the paper work because yesterday I saw something about you have 2 weeks.
( even though I want to sent it off right away.) Just incase we need the time, it will be nice to know for sure. Thanks so much!

No, I believe the application asks for their name and passport details, just fill it in there.  Others have had roommates not comfortable providing that info and have not had a problem.

As long as you are not using the £350/month as income to meet the financial requirement you don't need anything else.

You have 5 days to send the paperwork after biometrics, but the biometric confirmation sheet still says two weeks.  Usually takes them a year and a bit to update information.  Nice, eh?
