Can't say I find Seinfeld funny,
For sharp wit "Have I Got News for You?" is hard to beat, in my opinion.

It's everwhere I suppose. The English make fun of the Scots for being mean, the Scots in turn make fun of Aberdonians (north east Scotland) for being mean.

...and the Bristolians make fun of the Welsh...the southern Welsh make fun of the Northern Welsh, the Northern Welsh make fun of the Southern Welsh....

Of course it really fun when you tell people that you are American and your husband is Welsh...."oh where did you meet"....oh well he was in Scotland and I was in Florida....Welshman in Scotland?....Florida....oh yeah I've been to Disney....

My husband used to tell me to tell people I was from some place other than Florida...maybe I could hear about other parts of the country that way....

I still have a "Wuthering Heights" view of the UK....I love it....and I've been here for 5 years....

Can't disagree there.  To me, Seinfeld = nails on chalkboard.  Hislop, whilst not a comedian in the true sense of the word, keeps me in stitches.  We rarely ever miss an episode of Have I Got News for You.

Indeed.  Though some of the guest hosts are good, a lot of them are pants too.
