You are given a Special Delivery envelope free at the Post Office when you pay for the service.  :)

Really? Awesome :D I'm assuming you mean the "Settlement Priority Service," correct? If thats the case, one last question- how big is the envelope? I had organized the documents into these folders which will take up a tiny bit more space than usual.

Sorry for all the questions- trying my best to be as prepared as possible!

Don't use folders.  Just put things in an order that makes sense to you (financial stuff together, accommodation stuff together, etc.).  Haven't used a Special Delivery envelope myself but I assume its roughly the size of a sheet of paper.

Settlement priority service is different and something you pay for separately.  You need to mark the outside of the envelope with "Settlement Priority" on it so that it's placed in the correct pile when it's received.

No, I meant you get a free special Delivery Envelope when you pay for your documents to be sent by Special Delivery.  :)
The envelopes come in different sizes. They are the plastic kind.

Folders are not necessary. Just use an elastic band or string or a regular envelope to keep your things together  :)
