High Wattage Convertor

Will be bringing my woodworking tools to N Ireland soon I hope,  any suggestions on a really good convertor?

sorry not an answer to your question, but it may be worth seeing if your tools can handle 230 volts. If so, you'd only need the plug converter

I use one of those yellow work site transformers. They are cheap and provide a lot of current. They have a weird three prong worksite connector but I made up a simple cable to convert it to a three pin US socket. I use it for an American router.

Groover, My routers are "slow start" so they do not need twice the wattage to work,  it is recommended for the initial power surge you have convertor at least 2 times the wattage the tool uses. I am looking for a brand name of a dependable convertor for drill press, miter saw,  sanders,  miter saw.
