Asian noodles

I can't make them at home like the professionals do! They are just not quite right.

Jun makes noodles a lot, and he has an udon recipe that looks really simple. I haven't made it yet but could be worth a try.

It's all about the quest for the perfect noodle but I think it gets a bit wierd.

There is a fancy electric pasta maker that makes Asian noodles. I need one immediately.
