Paying off the Help to Buy Loan
« on: March 14, 2017, 07:56:28 PM »
Hi,
We have been in our new home for 2 years and think we are about ready to make a 50% repayment for the Help to Buy Loan (as long as the house value hasn't gone up too much!!!)
I was just wondering if anyone had gone through this process already and perhaps had any advice?  I have been googling but not found any accounts of people having gone through the process.
Thank you  :)

I believe you contact your help to buy office to arrange payment. I work for a housing association who are the h2b agents for the northwest. I could email my friend tomorrow who is the assistant manager to ask what the process is if You want
