Problems booking online for Premium Service Centre

Hello,

I've been trying unsuccessfully to book an appointment online for my FLR(M) visa extension at a Premium Service Centre. Long story short: can I delete the in-process booking and start over without an issue? Or is there a way to call and book by phone? I'd gotten as far as entering the IHS number etc. The longer story is below.

I went through the online booking process Sunday and got as far as selecting the location successfully. I picked Croydon as it's closest to home. But, for every date I've clicked on, I see "Available appointments from the date selected" with nothing below besides the green "book now" button.

Fine, I said, I'll try another location. Got the same result for every date I tried under two other locations. So I tried again yesterday morning and this morning with the same results.  No appointments available at any date/location combo I've attempted. I've tried launching it in three different browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) in case it's a technology problem. So I'm guessing it's me and not the site?

Hmmm, you've done everything I would have suggested!

I would try deleting and starting over.  They won't be able to help over the phone, you'll just get frustrated and waste money.

Have you ever been able to see an appointment?  Even if you skip ahead months and months?  If you can't, that would indicate some kind of IT problem.  I'd turn off any pop up blockers and ad blockers.  Try clearing your cookies, using incognito mode or even turning off JavaScript.

Hi jimbocz, thanks for the tips. I tried clearing cookies and disabling pop-up blockers with no results. I tried doing the application in three different browser types, starting a new application, and still got zero results for available appointments for any location. I even tried doing it in IE from my work computer with the same issue. So I'm stymied as to how I can book to renew my spouse visa  ???

When are you trying to book an appointment for?

They only release new appointments 6 weeks in advance so if you're trying to book for more than 6 weeks away it won't show any appointments anyway.

If not though, I'm not sure what's going on. Can you call them to book instead? There's a number for large parties to book through - maybe you could try calling and see what they can do.

Yep, I gathered that :).

I was just wondering how far in advance you were trying to book an appointment - because you can only book 42 days in advance so if you were trying for a date later than that, it won't let you book yet anyway :).
