Hi Again Everyone,
So obviously my application has been sent off, and nothing further can be done about the following. However, I would like to know if, given the way I packaged my folder, the Priority Service for which I paid is likely to be acknowledged.
In his final instruction letter, my main lawyer told me to write "Settlement Priority Service" in bag black letters on the front and back of my outermost envelope.
As my application folder was very large, no envelope offered by UPS would accommodate it. Therefore, I was forced to use a 14x14x8 box, and swaddle my folder in bubble wrap within said box.
Treating my box as the "outermost envelope", I wrote "Settlement Priority Service" in large black letters on every side save the bottom. However, as I did not consider the coating of bubble wrap around my folder an "envelope" (let alone an "outermost envelope"), I left it unadorned.
My priority service receipt is the first sheet encountered upon opening the folder. Do you think, given these circumstances, my priority service is likely to be acknowledged and respected?
Thank you so much,
Rachel
