Softball in Manchester

If anyone is in the Greater Manchester Area and looking to make new friends and play a fun sport then Manchester Thunder Softball Club are always on the lookout for people interested in playing softball.

We have 5 teams taking part in the outdoor summer league offering a variety of levels to play at and we have 2 teams taking part in the indoor league throughout winter. IF you are interested then please get in touch - info@thundersoftballclub.co.uk

I wanted to join!!! I actually found out about the club a few months ago, however im getting divorced and won't be moving to manchester afterall :( boohoo

I would have been living in Bury . Oh wells, I'm glad there are sports that US People would enjoy besides soccer!

* Married in the US and applied for first spousal visa August 2013
* Moved to the UK on said visa October 2013
* FLR(M) applied for  May 2016. Biometrics requested June 2016. Approval given July 2016.
* ILR applied for January 2019 (using priority processing). Approved February 2019.
* Citizenship applied for May  2019
* Citizenship approved on July 4th 2019
* Ceremony conducted on August 28th 2019

That's a shame, there are softball leagues throughout the UK, if you go to BaseballSoftballUK.com then that can hopefully direct you to a league that is accessible for you.

Hope you manage to find a team.

Unfortunately I looked in the Berkshire area (where I am) last year any couldn't find any still active. I emailed one that seemed like it might still be up and running and didn't get a response.  :(

Ah right, off the top of my head I can just think of the Windsor softball league that is based in Berkshire. I guess it depends if it is accessible for you, hope you do manage to find something.
