Hey everyone,
The time has come to renew my Mrs' spouse visa. I've been reading around about the earliest that she can re-apply for renewal and my general understanding is that the earliest she can re-apply is up to 28 days before her anniversary of being in the UK for 30 months on the spouse visa.
So based on that, are my calculations correct below?
Her visa expires on 23/7/2017
- Enters UK on 30/11/2014
- 30 months is 30/5/2017
= she can apply right now
