I doubt it because even if they do look at it, they'll see that they have the same surname as the UK sponsor and will probably realise it's the wrong set of parents.

Also, it wouldn't be 'applying for Ancestry citizenship' because that's not a thing. If her parents were actually British (born in the UK), she would already be British anyway and would just need to apply for a UK passport.
