T-minus 6 days and counting until I arrive!!!

Hi there!
  I'll be moving to the UK in a few days and have already gotten so much information from prior posts, so I thought that I'd join in too! I'm in the military and have orders to be stationed in the UK for 3-4 years. This suits me as my fiance` is in the Royal Air Force and after nearly 2 years we will finally be together! Woohoo! My 8 year old son will be joining us in Jan-Feb '05. Having issues with the ex over his passport/visa request at the moment. I'm a nervous wreck and am starting to go into full-blown freak-out mode as I am a creature of habit and moving to a foriegn country to live is very new to me. I'm originally from TX and we are hoping to get orders back to TX after this tour. Andy will have retired from the military by then and then I'll be in the home stretch for my retirement from the military as well!

Looking forward to talking and sharing experiences with eeryone!!

Welcome! Im sure you will love it here.
Im an ex Air Force spouse and I intend to be close friends with you so you can send me American food from the commissary! LOL   ;)
