You should wait. I never got a confirmation email and I got my visa. The confirmation will not be priority or non priority specific either. You know it got there from the tracking, so they will definitely process it when it's your turn.
Sent in priority spouse settle paperwork on 8th June. Tracking says it got there 9th June. I ha e had no confirmation email and the gwf number is not recognised on the .gov website. Should I be worried and call their 0203 number or should I wait?
Same for me. I have not received a confirmation email and mine arrived June 14 according to UPS. I tried my GWF number out of curiosity but it didn't recognize it. It'd have been nice to get the email just for the peace of mind!

I did receive a confirmation email and it doesn't recognize my GWF number either. Only seems to be working for a few people so try not to worry too much.
