HO lost my passport...help w next steps please

They said they misplaced my documents and the first "search" was futile but they found them (somehow!) the day after my MP called. I cant even begin to imagine the real story. And this was after I escalated 3 times and they totally ignored me!

How ridiculous! The good news is that you don't have to panic anymore. Fingers crossed that it's smooth sailing from here.
