Are you sure about that? So if i was thinking of giving up CA to someone else and taking up employment i should wait till i hear back?

I thought you were the applicant.  Working or being on carers allowance only applies to the sponsor. Are two of you sharing the same account?

So you guys think ukvi definitely asks dwp if someone is still a carer etc when they decide the case? Seems abit over the top doesn't it.. for every case

I think it's highly likely that they do check for every case, yes. The criteria are strict and UKVI has to be satisfied that they are met.
