New White Knight tumble dryer overheating

We just bought a new White Knight tumble dryer and it seems to be overheating.  My husband has it elevated and not to close to the wall and is vented out of the window.  We just got it a few weeks ago.  Should we just return it?  Anything else we should check for?

I'd call the store and see what they say.  I'm sure it has a warranty.  But yeah, sounds like it could be a lemon.
