National Insurance - do I need to update

I have just arrived in England on spouses visa! I lived here on a student visa and have a national Insurance number as I worked whilst here.

I have changed name since (marriage - now double barrelled) and obviously have a new address. Do I need to update these with whoever deals with National Insurance? My National Insurance was included in my application, so would it have been updated through that?
