Just had to chime in because I am missing my son a bit more than usual. He’s in England living with my MIL and has been there since August. He was the first wave to go over so he could start Year 9. Anyway, he’s been back to Cali a couple times and we chat almost every day, but his last visit was at Christmas.
He’s preparing for a DofE expedition and as he was excitedly telling me about it today, I just wished I could be there, give him a big hug and tell him how proud I am of him.
Just missing my boy especially knowing that I can’t apply for my visa until November and the rest of my fam will be in England as of August. For now I’m looking forward to visiting him in August. My last one before I apply for my Visa. Fingers crossed my decision will come quickly and will be a yes so we can all be together for Christmas!
