how to locate latest VAF4A appendix 2 form

Is this the correct current  appendix 2 of VAF4A?  is this for finance and spouse applicants?
I notice it says 2013.

That’s the correct one. It just hasn’t been updated since Dec 2013.

Appendix 2 is the second half of the fiancé/spousal visa application and contains all the questions about how you meet each requirement for the fiancé/spousal visa (the online application is generic and not specific to a fiancé/spousal visa, so you need Appendix 2 to make it a spousal application specifically).

so by submitting generic online  application( kicking off the  biometric and document timeline.)

and

Submitting the appendix 2 physically with all other physical documents.

( as I understand sponsor form is N/A in this case)

No other forms, but both forms must be printed off and included with your documents. The online form is not transmitted anywhere, it just generates a PDF file for you to print... so no one will see it until you physically mail it to Sheffield (which means you can correct any mistakes on it in pen if you need to)

So you print and physically mail with your documents:
- the online form, which is just general questions about you and your personal circumstances

- the Appendix 2 form, which is about how you meet the fiancé/spousal visa requirements - relationship, accommodation and finances

Are you ready to apply though?  You mentioned some concerns yesterday about a few charges.  Have you resolved all of that?  You can still get a refund if you haven't attended biometrics yet.

Thank you so much for checking ... I am just getting a complete understanding for the process and getting all of the documents and paperwork compiled.

 We are still unsure as to if we will go for the finance (uk ceremony) or spouse (us ceremony) But whatever route we go it will need to submit soon.

A consultation with the recommended medivisas law is imminent.

Is there any statistics on refusals based on past non serious convictions? I am getting ahold of my  criminal record so we can all have a look, including medivisas .
