UK FLR(M) doc list + question on income
« on: November 16, 2017, 07:46:16 PM »
Hi,

Just in the process of keeping on top of FLR(M) documentation ready to submit in January after our wedding and wanted to ensure we're in the right place. FYI we will be applying in person in Sheffield.

We have/will have the following:
  • FLR (M) application form
  • Appointment Confirmation/Payment Receipt
  • IHS Payment Receipt
  • 2 Passport size photos of applicant with name on back
  • 1 Passport size photo of me with name on back
  • My UK passport or certified copy (I may be out of country depending on when we get a date for applying)
  • 6 months of payslips (I get online payslips and UKVI have been fine with print outs in the fiancée visa)
  • 6 months of bank statements through the letterbox
  • Employment letter showing length of employment, salary and length at that salary
  • Latest P60
  • Land Registry Docs
  • Latest Mortgage Statement
  • Latest Council Tax Bill (in both our names)
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Any official correspondence to the applicant at this address (which we will probably have 2 bank statements in that time so will include a letter stating why we don't have 6 since my fiancée has only been here since October)

Final question, I just recieved an annual wage rise and my salary has been over the requirement for years, do I also need my employer to state in the letter that since it'll say I have been at £x since November 2017 that ALSO I have been at £x since a prior date that covers the timespan of the income requirement?

Thanks!

Peter

For the passport photos, you need the following:

- 2 passport photos of the applicant with their full name on the back
- 1 passport photo of the sponsor with their full name on the back

- for the sponsor’s passport, I would NOT send the actual passport... instead, you should send a full photocopy of every single page.

- if your payslips are online, they MUST be accompanied by a letter from your employer confirming their authenticity. This can be included in the mandatory employer letter rather than including a separate letter.

- yes, the employer letter should state your previous salary and length of time earning it, plus your new salary and length of time earning it... to show you meet the requirement with the old salary.

We are posting my application Friday - we don't have my husband's P60 or our Land Registry Doc.  Do we need these?
(We have our documents that prove we reside together and pay stubs, bank statements and HR letter)

You do need the land registry.
You can download it from the .gov site for £3.

The P60 is just recommended not mandatory so don't worry about that.
