Marriage/Fiance Visa supporting docs final check

Hey there everyone, had my biometrics appointment today (was in and out in less than 8 minutes, Immigration was dead empty), and I think I have everything squared away for sending out these documents tomorrow or Wednesday.

Would you mind double checking my cover letter/table of contents to make sure I have everything? All of the financial and accommodation docs are dated within 28 days of online submission date. Thank you so much in advance!!!

Please find enclosed my application and supporting documents for a settlement visa to join my Fiancé, XXXXX , in the UK. As per the intended travel date listed on the application, I would like my visa to start on 1 January 2018. My previous US passport, which would have expired in 2019, has been misplaced and is therefore not included in this application.

The following documents are enclosed in my application package:
Applicant Information:
- Current US Passport & 2 recent passport photos
- Receipt for Priority processing
- Return shipping label
- Printed online application form
- Completed VAF4A Appendix 2
- Stamped Biometrics confirmation sheet
-Intended flight itinerary

-Applicant Birth Certificate

Sponsor Information & Financial Requirements:
- Certified copy of XXXX passport info page
- Letter of Sponsorship from XXXXX
- copy of sponsor birth certificate
- 6 months of sponsor's pay slips
- 6 months of sponsor's bank statements
- Letter from sponsor's employer stating sponsors job details & authenticity of payslips
-most recent P60
-certified copy of job contract

Accommodation Requirements:
- 2016/2017 Mortgage Statement & Land Registry title from XXXXX
- Letter from Sponsors parents (owners) welcoming me to reside in the house
- Council Tax bill, gas/electricity bill

Intent to Marry:
- Correspondence with wedding venue, florist, caterer, dress receipts

Proof of Relationship:
- Photos of XXXX together with dates & locations
- All available boarding passes & itineraries from visits to each other
- iMessages, Facebook, call, email logs for the duration of our relationship

Copies
- copies of the original documents I wish to be returned

Okay, your documents list looks good, but you don't need the following:

- Applicant Birth Certificate
- copy of sponsor birth certificate
- Council Tax bill, gas/electricity bill

Also, you only need to send 1 or 2 photos of you and your sponsor together - no more than that.

Make sure you put your priority receipt on the very top of your pile and mark the outside of your package 'Settlement Priority Service' on all sides, in large bold print.
