Barclays switching to online statements

I received an email from Barclays this week saying that they're switching everyone who uses online banking to paperless statements effective in August.

It says I'll get a notification from them when it becomes effective and the email will include instructions how to switch back to mailed statements.

I'm posting about it here because other member may be affected.

I'll be glad when I get ILR and don't have to worry about this anymore!

I contacted them in a panic this week because of that  notice! Glad they will give us the option to continue receiving paper statements, the chat person I spoke to had no clue and I didn't have the energy to try again.
