Spousal Visa - Accommodations Sponsor

Can someone provide a guide to what should be included in an accommodation sponsorship letter?

We have a copy of the land register provided by the solicitor and the 2016/2017 mortgage statement as well but are unsure of what all should be stated in the wet signature letter.

The size of the property, (number of rooms), number of occupants and permission for the two of you to live there.
