Really doable.  There's a site on the Internet that tells you exactly how to do the paper wallet bit.  That's easy.

I agree with the goal... We could also spin as the Candy that keeps on giving.  Just to get headlines, we could make each candy cost £100 - so loaded with £100 worth of bit coin.  It's like you said, it's not to make profit but to make headlines.  The only candy that goes up in value.

I see what you are thinking, also riding the trend for ridiculously expensive things, like £100 bagels or whatever.  I think you'll have trouble with security if you put any serious money in there.  How are you going to stop someone from opening it and copying the keys and then wrapping it up again?  Granted, you can buy tamper evident tape off the Internet but I'm not sure that fixes it?

You could embed the paper wallet in the chocolate somehow, so that it would have to be eaten to get to it.

It's a very interesting concept that's well worthy of time and attention.  I need to think about the implementation side...  What's the paper wallet you mention.  I'm trying to think of how that would combine with an existing candy like gold chocolate coins. We'd need to use an existing candy product I'd imagine because of the time and costs associated with creating a brand new candy product that would need to have a lab provide nutrition info, etc. What if the paper wallet had a sleeve for one of the larger gold chocolate coins and a sleeve for a branded piece of paper with the bitcoin details.  We could put that wallet into a velvety kind of pouch, that could also perhaps be branded. Could be onto something here :-)

There's all kinds of different templates and things to really make it cool looking.

We could but the paper wallet inside of a Million Dollar Bar... hahaha.  Make it like a Wonka golden ticket.  I get 1,000 Million Dollar bars in stock and put £1,000 inside one of them...

Just to be clear, I'm talking about UK suppliers.  Have you been to one of those retro candy stores where they have jars of stuff and you buy 100 grams at a time?  Those have plenty of candy you may not have thought of that passes for American like Jordan almonds and jawbreakrrs that come from UK suppliers.

Just make sure they don't have any of those weird British flavors! haha.

That's excellent.  We should try to get out for a drink sometime! I have a business unit in Wallasey and I'm currently living in Prenton. I'm thinking about opening a stall in St. Johns market in Liverpool while the website grows organically.  It's getting better.  I'm up to page 3-4 on Google :-)
