I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

I was thinking about you the other day as well.  This thread must have been a bit close to the bone after what happened when you met Jeremy Corbyn

served in a bucket

This guy I worked with went to Miami. I asked him what he thought of the food and he said it was pretty good but that every single meal was served in a basket.

"It is not a police matter if your favourite eatery is not serving the menu that you desire."  This shouldn't have to be said.  I hope it was a child who phoned police, and not an adult.

I wonder how long KFC will give DHL before they have to admit that maybe DHL just aren't up to the task.  There's no way the regional Taco Bell franchise I worked for during my university days would have let something like this continue for so long.  I'm surprised that this isn't resolved by now.

Maybe they don't want it to end because they are so happy to be all over the news.  This story was covered by NPR this morning!

Nah.  This isn't just free publicity.  Closed stores and limited menus means the company is losing a lot of money.  This is hurting them far more than the publicity could possibly help them.

This is way worse than the time Oprah gave out a PDF coupon for free KFC chicken.

Oh, dear... I missed that.  Was it honored all the way to the expiration date, or did that promotion end early?
