Soon to be "Not on the Job"
« on: March 02, 2018, 11:49:23 AM »

So, there I was typing up a rant about cats and the client came over and told me my contract was  ending early!   Not surprising as there's not much work to do, allowing me to post endlessly here about hippo cruelty.

I've got 4 weeks, then time to find  another contract.

Don't feel sorry for me, it's the way contracting works.  They pay me a lot so they can send me home when they want.  I save that extra money to pay for when I need to find a new contract.

Still, sad to leave this fabulous well paid low stress gig.

I suspect they don't like your Anti-cat position.  Put a box on the sidewalk and take the first cat that sits in it home.  All will improve in your life.

;D ;D ;D  You know you'll end up with an awesome contract.  The market seems to be pretty good at the moment.

Thanks guys, I'm not worried.  It would be better if the weather was warmer

That's true, the box would attract more cats so you could choose!

I think it was the Hippo comments that did it for them....

Wishing you speedy job hunt :)
