Hey guys! So I know that this may be a silly question, but...

Because I’m applying for a spouse visa, should all of my application paperwork and my soon-to-be husband’s paperwork (i.e. the sponsorship letter, letter from his parents giving us permission to live at their house, etc.) refer to me by using my maiden name? On my passport, my last name will still be my maiden name.

Thanks guys!

Probably safest. If you want to have your visa in your married name, change your passport before you apply. Your visa will only be issued in the same name as your passport, and you would have to pay a couple hundred pounds to get a visa in a new name at a later date.
