Trying to book appointment - forcing online application?
« on: April 09, 2018, 09:39:36 AM »
I was hoping to book a premium service centre appointment online - which I'm certain you can do without actually applying online (I'm planning on taking my paper application in to the appointment).

But...it's forcing me to fill out the application online. When I click "Book Now" it looks like all I need to do is enter personal details and pay before booking, but when it then prompts me to register my email and I proceed to do so...it changes to the full online application with no option to skip to appointment booking.

Is this happening for anyone else? I've tried logging out and logging in; different browser; different email address. What am I doing wrong?
Spouse visa granted with validity from 18 December 2015

After you register your email and create an account, you do have to provide some basic details (passport number, DOB, BRP info I think...?  Stuff like that) to your account.  At some point you have to also indicate which visa you're applying for.  Then you get to the booking section.  I registered a few months ago, and I booked my appointment about two weeks ago, so it could have changed in that time, but I think you're probably on the right track.
