Is it a one time fee or an annual fee for my spouse to access the NHS ?
I'm a UK citizen , she will be on a spouse visa.

It’s an annual fee that is paid in one lump sum at the time of applying and covers the entire length of the visa.
At the moment, it’s a payment of £600 (£200 per year of the visa, rounded to 3 years’ worth), but in December, it will be doubling to £1,200 (£400 per year of the visa).
