Clarification re. answers on traffic ticket and priority option

I've just done a Google search and it appears that since April 2018, they have changed the wording on the spousal visa.

It used to say:
'Spouse/CP - Spouse/CP of (sponsor's name)'

but apparently it now just says:
'D - Partner (Standard)'

I found this thread on another forum where someone was asking exactly the same question about the wording:
