Back to the UK, again!

Hello all!

 It's been quite a few years since i've been here.. (almost 8 years now!) My husband and me, and our 2 beautiful children are looking to relocate back to the UK. I got my UK Visa back in 2010, it has long since expired, we returned to the states in August of 2012, 2 months before I gave birth to our daughter. We've since been living here in the US for 6 years. We've both decided to move back to the UK as we'd have a better family support network there, and overall, better living deal for us...  Now, it's my understanding since that our babies were born here in the US,  Dad is UK citizen, (currently Greencard holder in the states) and this means they are both UK citizens by birth? Can someone point me in the right direction regarding this?  So many questions I have! Lovely to be back!

Have you looked at the requirements for YOU though?  The process is unrecognizable from when you got your previous visa.

And it's 5 years to ILR now.
