Tex-Mex food

we have a great little tex-mex restaurant here in Liverpool called Mesquite, little hole in the wall place but the owner/chef is from Colorado, all made fresh right there, posting this as location is easy to miss and they are struggling to attract customers. Probably the best southwest food ive ever had

That sounds lovely! I don't know if I'll ever be in Liverpool but hopefully some of the other members here will get the chance to pop in.
