Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's been almost a year that I applied for my spousal visa and for my daughter's visa as well. I was approved and she was rejected in Oct 2017. It's taken this long to sort the court documents stating that I had sole physical and legal custody of her, and now that that's done (woot woot) I'm ready to reapply for her dependant visa.
I know that there will be some sort of delay in processing her application due to the previous rejection, and I'm not wasting any more time than necessary so I'm definitely applying priority straight away even if it takes longer than normal for priority times (and I see that those are a bit backed up right now anyway...thrill).
Can you help me with a list of what I need to send in with her application?
Would it be easier to have my mom mail me her biometrics stuff once it's done, and me send everything to Sheffield or should I send my mother all the ppw I have here and have her send the package to Sheff? (I'm in the UK)
Thoughts? Advice? Funny anecdotes?
Can't wait to not hear anything from UKVI and be a ball of stress once the application has been mailed in!
