12 WEEKS HAVE HIT-- HELP!!!

Hi everyone!!

So, we have our 12 weeks on waiting for our spouse visa. We have yet to hear anything. We heard that applications sometimes take 16 weeks to process??  Has anyone heard of this?

Any thought would be appreciated.

Over the summer months, non-priority usually stretches to about 5 months for processing.  So yes, it can take over 60 business days.  Nothing to worry about.  You may receive a "not-straight-forward" email that will be automatically generated by UKVI's system.  This is NOT to say your application is not straight foward.  It just buys them an out for not meeting their targeted processing times.

- 95% processed in 12 weeks (60 working days/3 months)
- 100% processed in 24 weeks (120 working days/6 months)
