I was just reading through a different thread where someone mentioned that they submitted online payslips. My husband's job only does electronic payslips as well, so we printed those but we also included a letter from his boss stating how much he makes and all of that. Will that be enough???
Any advice would be appreciated.
Our company moved to a system of electronic payslips at the start of the year.
I just downloaded the PDFs, and sent them to the lady in HR. She printed them out, then stamped and signed them and sent them back to me. I also asked her to put some language in the employment confirmation letter stating that the payslips had been issued by the company.
To be honest, I can't see how the Home Office would necessarily know whether you had printed them out, or whether HR had printed them out and sent them to you.
So, on that basis, I'd say you were fine. If they suspect the payslips are forgeries, then they can check with HMRC or contact your employer.
