Premium Service center appointments

Happy to report wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was perfect. Now we are living in the London area and I'm now trying to book a spouse visa appointment at a Premium Service Center. Not easy. It seems like everything is booked solid 45 day out. Thought I had an appointment while I was online today only to loose it. Is there any advice on how to get an appointment, any special tricks or techniques?  Thank you very much...Really appreciate your help and very sage advice

The whole system is being overhauled next month and we don't really know what it's going to look like.

Until then and depending on when you were trying to book your appointment for, all you can do is keep trying at all times of the day and night, you may be able to find a cancellation.
