FLR(M) Question 9.1

Hi all! It's that time again...I'm on a fiancé visa at the moment and have my premium service centre appointment in October. I have a question on Section 9 of the FLR(M) form:

It states "If you have a current grant of leave on a Biometric residence permit you must provide your Biometric residence permit for the application to be valid and complete."

Then asks,

"9.1 Have you been issued with a Biometric residence permit with a previous application for leave?"

I have an expired BRP from my Tier 4 student visa (expired January 2017). I don't need to include those details in this section, correct? Do I answer no to 9.1?

Yes, fill in the information regarding the BRP you have held in the past and state where it is now.  If you still have it, send it in.
