Change of Address

Hi.  Ive been in the Uk for 2 years today and we have just moved into a new flat.  The form I found through the search doesnt appear to apply for spousal visas but I found this one.  I get incredible anxiety when I even think of visa stuff.  Please let me know if this is correct.

That page links to the Points-based system: Migrant change of circumstances form. 

"The applicant should complete the ‘Points-based system: Migrant change of circumstances form’ to notify UK Visas and Immigration of a change in their circumstances."

Im on a spousal visa so I didnt think I was on a point based visa. 

Yup, they don’t have spouse listed.  I just wrote on the form that I was a spouse visa, filled it in and sent it off.  No issues.   

Yeah, it's a bit strange.  I have no idea why it only lists PBS visas.  But I have yet to know of anyone who had an issue using that form.

Technically, you’re only supposed to use the online form if you have a visa application currently in progress but it hasn’t been issued yet.

If you have a visa/BRP already, you’re supposed to use the paper MCC form.

However, a few people seem to have done it fine with the online form, so ultimately, I don’t think it really matters that much.
