Premium Service Centre Appointments

Is it normal for the ALL of Premium Service Centre appointments to be booked up for the next 45 days? None of locations have any appointments? I don't remember this issue last time I did this. Am I doing something wrong?

They are stopping appointments at the end of the month.  If you don't have an appointment booked, it's highly unlikely you will get one.  Though you can keep checking for cancellations.

There’s a whole new system being implemented where you apply online and apparently you will be able to book an appointment within 5 working days of submitting it.

Not entirely sure of all the details myself yet though.
