Sugar free electrolyte replacement?

 I'm very sick and need to hydrate but can't stomach just water. I wanted to pick up some electrolyte replacement drinks. Is there a sugar free version of Gatorade or Powerade here? I always got Powerade zero in the states before.

There's lots of different flavours/varieties of sugar free Lucozade.

Thank you. Think I've got a bit of food poisoning. Husband is going to the store after work for me so I'll have him look for the lucozade.

There's undoubtedly more effective drinks out there, but Lucozade is probably easiest to get.  What about something like coconut water?

Yes Sugar Free Lucozade is my suggestion from a grocery story.

Nuun tablets are really yummy, but probably not easily found in a grocery store (can be found in a sports shop)

Can also do sugar free squash with a pinch of salt.

Chemists also sell rehydration sachets.  Not sure if they're sugar free or not.

Ah we do have sugar free squash in the fridge too. Might try that in the meantime 👍

I usually make my own with coconut water and a pinch of salt added. Otherwise diluted juice with a bit of salt. It works pretty well. Ginger tea also helps when it's an upset stomach causing the dehydration. I hope you feel better soon Kristie!
