Help!! Suggestions NEEDED -- Neck pain

 

No it's not me and it's not FIL related --surprise surprise!!

My pseudo little brother has been having some wicked neck pain - he's had a bad back for years but now it's ventured to his neck.  I wanted to send him a care package -- somewhat Christmas related -- but I don't have ANY ideas as to what to put in it -- other than HEAT and maybe a buckwheat pillow from that little shop that smells good in Canterbury - you know -- the one near HMV.

HELP!! PLEASE!!  I need ideas -- the purchases have to be made THIS week so I can post it on Saturday (in vain hopes it'll get there in time for Santa's delivery)

Tiger Balm is GREAT stuff!

So is that buckwheat pillow you already mentioned, DUC.  I bought one of those that you can toss in the microwave for my mother for Christmas and she LOVES it. 

The Body Shop used to have little roller type massagers that are good for tense muscles.

I love love LOVE tiger balm -- I use it for my tummy -- it's freakin' FABULOUS!

The fool just broke up with his girlfriend -- so he won't have anyone around to help give him rub downs.  I feel bad for him -- he's been very stressed at work -- he's got neighborhood cats pooping in his garden -- and he's got allergies to eucalytus -- so what does Mom have all over her house -- EUCA!  (Mother!)

I was thinking of getting a tour book of Paris or Venice -- kind of like a HINT for him to get his ars* on vacation -- and to vacation on THIS side of the pond.  Subtle - but could prove effective!
