I wonder if someone could help me find out the below question answer related to FLR(M) Spouse visa extension for CAT F.

My Wife visa is due to be extended for this year May-2019 and I am in process of understanding the process for this category as I am applying first time under this category.

My company financial year works from Nov-2017 to Dec-2018 and as my wife visa is due in May-2019 which I will be apply 28 days before but I am confuse do I need to submit salary slip and bank statements for duration after December-2018 to May-2019 ?

I know I be submitting the full financial year of my company records to provide the income threshold of 18600 but as per the guidance document I am confused and don't know either there are any evidence required to cover the most recent period which is almost 5 months gap from my company year end til visa apply date. I know that for these 5 months after the company year end I also have to provide the management accounts but not sure payslips and other dividend vouchers required as well for this little management accounts apart from the full financial year?

Please can someone help me solve the confusion ?

You only submit documents for your financial year.  You don't need to cover the time from the end of the financial year and application date.

Was the TAXABLE income for your financial year over $18,600?  That's the key part.  You need to have paid taxes on the required amount.

Alternatively, does your wife work?  Does her income meet the requirement?  If so, you can bypass your income and just use her's if she is employed by a company.

You only submit documents for your financial year.  You don't need to cover the time from the end of the financial year and application date.

You do also need to show that your self-employment has continued since the end of the last financial year though.

Appendix FM 1.7 explains what you can provide for this but it’s things like invoices, contracts, payments received etc. since the end of your last tax year.

Thanks for your valuable reply. So as a prove of continuity only show one or two prove for the most recent you mean?

my wife is also on my company payroll and we both are receiving minimum salary.

Salary i withdraw from my company net 800 and 800*12 = 9600 and rest i will show in dividends which are about 2500.

I am thinking to only show my salary and income. i am not sure do I need to show my wife salary and dividends as well?

AS I am reaching the threshold easily so there is no point attaching my wife payslips and documents which actually being paid through my company but I am confuse on this point and need advise?

Also can someone point me to a good Lawyer who could help me sorting out all these legal issues?
